We are very excited to premiere the second single "Willow" from Bloodstream's debut EP Break Me out this Wednesday. "Willow" is the opening track on the 5 song EP and it presents an excellent introduction to the punchy, guitar-driven songs throughout Break Me.
With members from local Massachusetts bands such as Northernmost and sunstained, Bloodstream falls somewhere between the two while also showing influence from bands like Superheaven and Balance and Composure. During the chorus of "Willow" there is an excellent contrast between the vocals of Tim Sullivan and Nate Machado (both guitarists/vocalists in the band). Nate presents vocals similar to the Northernmost sound that we know and love, while Tim's vocals sound fairly similar to the clean vocals on the old Silverstein records (thats a good thing).
Stream "Willow" below and check out another single from the album "Breeze" here if you haven't already. Pre-orders for CDs/Cassettes are available in our online store here.
